Delivery Information

You can opt to have your order delivered or, if you prefer not to pay for delivery, you can collect it from our store during business hours. When you place an item in your cart you will be asked to choose a shipping method or pickup from the store. If you opt for shipping the shipping charge will then be added to your cart if applicable.


Free delivery is available when certain conditions are met, such as reaching a minimum spent in one transaction, through Promo Codes or offers. Whilst most products will have free delivery stated in the product listing, there are other conditions where the free delivery is not available. This includes bulky and heavy items, or items classed as dangerous goods. Some of these items will incur a delivery fee and some may not be available for delivery at all. Remote and country areas are excluded from free shipping, the shipping rate will be calculated for you at the checkout. If no shipping method is available in your area, please contact us. If there is additional cost to the shipping selected, you will be contacted prior to delivery to confirm shipping charges if necessary. GearZen reserves the right to amend or withdraw free delivery at any time.


If no one is present at the delivery address, and you would like to have your order to be dropped off without signing, you may opt for ATL service. When you give authority to leave instruction, you understand that:

  • You are accepting full responsibility for delivery for the item once it leaves GearZen.
  • GearZen assumes a delivery has been made if the courier reports that the item has been delivered
  • Non-delivery claims by customers will not be accepted if the courier confirms delivery has been made


Delivery charges are dynamically calculated depending on the delivery postcode and the weight and dimensions of the products in your cart. We use a combination of different couriers in order to provide you with the best options to choose from.


GearZen can deliver anywhere in Australia. We do not send orders over 22kg to PO Boxes.


If you opted to collect in our store you will receive an email to inform you when your goods are ready for collection.

If you opted for delivery, you will receive email/SMS notifications when the goods have been dispatched to the couriers with tracking details to track your order. To track your order simply follow the tracking link sent via email/SMS.

We aim to dispatch all orders within 1-2 working days. In the unusual event of a delay to the dispatch of your order you will be contacted at the earliest opportunity.

Our fulfilment service automatically notifies you the status of your order. You will receive a notification about your shipping information via email/SMS. With the tracking #, details of your tracking can be accessed for traceability.  


Courier deliveries occur Monday - Friday between 8am-6pm. Unfortunately, we cannot arrange deliveries for specific days, times or weekends. If you are not home when the delivery driver arrives they will leave a card with details on how to re-arrange and book your delivery. All orders must be signed for and ID may be required upon delivery.


Heavy and bulky items which require special handling procedure such as tailgate or forklift services are available from our courier services. For items require such services, a re-delivery fee will be applied if the driver fails an attempt. Failed deliveries will be rebooked at buyer’s cost, please check your availability.
